Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Methods & Delivery Times
We only ship using secure, tracked delivery methods. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–20 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Delivery Costs
- Free delivery is available on all US orders over $30.
- International delivery rates will be calculated at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, cancellations or changes are not possible once an order is placed.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged due to shipment, please contact us at hey@tryconnecting.com within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage so our team can help you resolve the issue quickly.
Peak Periods
During promotional events or holidays, order processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.
